Leading watch brand Audemars Piguet has released the first images of its ONLY WATCH. A unique piece created for the eponymous charity auction this November in Geneva.
The well-known watch event sees leading watchmakers donate one-off designs to the charity, which supports medical and scientific research. Over the past seven years, the annual auction has raised AED 150 million for charity.
"The unique model’s two-tone case emphasizes the architectural complexity of Code 11.59 by Audemars Piguet. Its 18-carat pink gold octagonal middle case subtly contrasts with the 18-carat white gold extra-thin bezel, lugs and case back. Satin-brushed, bevelled and polished, the bezel, lugs and case present refined finishing techniques usually found on calibres. The case back is engraved with 'Unique Piece,'" François-Henry Bennahmias, Audemars Piguet CEO, told L'Officiel Arabia.
“We are proud to contribute to this charity auction once more and help advance scientific and medical research," Bennahmias continued.
The charity auction will take place in Geneva on 9th November 2019 (official website: www.onlywatch.com).
