Gucci Flora Gorgeous Gardenia is out, the new floral fragrance by Gucci. A tribute to nature and a special edition also in Lavender color.
The scent combines the lightness of the Gardenia bud with the richness of its flower in full bloom. It opens with a lively prelude to Red Berries, which softens in the intense floral heart. The richness of the White Gardenia petals is amplified by the soft intensity of the Frangipani flower, while the bottom is characterized by the aroma of Patchouli and brown sugar.
The emblematic hexagonal shape of the bottle highlights the brilliance of the color which is underlined by the Gucci logo in black letters; the same black as the small decorative bow knotted on the neck of the bottle. The fragrance is kept in a box of the same color inspired by the Maison's famous Flora print and decorated with the flower and insect motif created by Vittorio Accornero for Princess Grace of Monaco in 1966. The Flora print is a profound expression of the Gucci brand and represents new life, femininity and sensuality.
In a suggestive combination of modern and classic beauty, the limited edition is portrayed, together with the whole Gucci Flora line, in the new 2020 advertising campaign, shot by the French duo Pierre et Gilles in their inimitable hybrid style between photography and painting. The artistic couple created a fantastic and heavenly environment, livening up the shots with iconographic references of art, history and pop culture. The supermodel Unia Pakhomova occupies the center of the scene, surrounded by climbing plants and delicate roses, as if to indulge in a refined idleness in this context evocative of an ancient era. Dreamy and perfect for the arrival of Summer
