Is there a slogan more unforgettable than "Just Do It"? Probably not, seeing as the simple phrase still pops up in our minds when we think of Nike even after a good three decades has passed since its creation.
Earlier this year, those three words re-entered our vernacular when Nike appointed American football star Colin Kaepernick as the face of its latest "Just Do It" campaign, sparking a controversy and new memes. Now, the American sportswear label has decided to celebrate the 30th anniversary of its iconic tagline in a less political (but no less in-your-face) way by collaborating with Dover Street Market for a limited-edition capsule.
The capsule includes an array of hoodies and T-shirts featuring a bold orange "Just Do It" label and Dover Street Market's logo. There are also long-sleeved versions with alternatives of the phrase, such as "Just Smash It" and "Just Wear It". The garments, which come in colours like black, white and blue, are now available at Dover Street Market Singapore, where you can also find Nike's recent collaboration with AMBUSH.
