Bab Al Bahr’s highly skilled chefs will be dishing out delicious smoked meats and seafood creations, marinated for days and then smoked for 5 to 8 hours every Thursday in-house in Wood-fired smokers. Among the dishes available are a variety of housed smoked meat including Australian grain fed brisket, short ribs, corn fed chicken and salmon. In addition, guests can indulge between a wide offering of assorted starters, sides and desserts.
