If for many months of 2020 we have been lacking great events, this last week is being marked by a powerful return of the stars to the spotlight. After the VMA, which brought incredible attractions and a good inspiration of looks, the Venice Film Festival was rethought in order to keep all the safety of the participants and is at full steam with its 77th edition full of glamorous moments. Among them, the actresses Cate Blanchett and Tilda Swinton become the real highlight of its opening.

Unlike the VMA, which did not have the much loved red carpet format, the Festival has adopted security measures so that it can be done. Instead of an open space, a wall protects celebrities who pass through the red carpet. Along with this, masks are mandatory. It is also necessary to point out that several stars will not participate in this edition.

But none of this prevented the actresses from shining with their powerful looks. On the occasion, Cate Blanchett, who is on the film jury this year, was highlighted by her exquisite look, wearing a navy blue blazer and white shirt and pants. The interesting thing is that the actress repeated the same dress she wore in 2015, passing on a message of sustainable fashion. Who signs the piece is the Colombian designer Esteban Cortazar.

Tilda Swinton opted for a bold production of Chanel. And there's no denying that she is one of the real highlights of the event, as she is the star of Pedro Almodóvar's new film, which will be released at the event itself, and also received the 2020 Lifetime Achievement Award. Another iconic moment was when the actress honored actor Chadwick Boseman, who passed away last week, giving a greeting to Wakanda Forever.
